When the sales team receives your request, an email will be sent to you containing the purchase order number and shipment number, and you can track the shipment path through contact with our operations personnel to get updates on your shipment status and the expected delivery time.


Shipping cost is determined according to the value of the order:
 

  1. If the value of the order is less than 100 US dollars, some products are shipped for free and some products are subject to shipping costs, depending on the country.

  2. Deliveries within Muscat will not carry any shipping charges, any delivery outside Muscat will carry a delivery charge. Any orders over the amount of 100 OMR will have the delivery cost deducted
