Muna Noor International, Pest Control return policy
In compliance with Oman’s consumer protect authority, you can return the product if it is not in the Muna Noor International, Pest Control list of non-returnable products, and if you received it in the following cases:
1. An incorrect product (if the product has not been used and in its original proper packaging with all tags and labels included).
2. Damaged/defective item (Opened items will be accepted if the description or pictures shown are different).
3. Items to be returned within 15 days of purchase order and a copy of the invoice/receipt will have to be provided to confirm purchase and duration.
4. If you change your mind or order a product in error, we will accept your return under the following specific terms:
• The products are in their original packaging from the seller (closed and sealed box) and are not damaged or in poor condition. Packaging must be sealed and intact.
The amount will be returned to your Muna Noor International, Pest Control store credit or to your credit card, while we check the products.
